Not much is known about Dr. Pepper. He studied at New York University with a Medical major. However, he never graduated due to an accident in his final year. The patient Daimonte was helping suddenly spontaneously cumbusted, and Pepper was arrested for murder despite his protests of innocence. Due to the lack of evidence against him, Pepper was released, but was not allowed back to school. So Daimonte went to practice on his own in secret. Nothing was heard from him until the war began, when Daimonte reemerged unexpectedly to aid the war effort. Somehow, Dr. Pepper was able to figure out how to remain in limbo between reality and nothingness, and is thus able to emerge anywhere at anytime when he is called.
